Once a service is paid for, no refunds will be given. If you are dissatisfied or have any concerns regarding the service results you received, you must contact the salon within 3 days of your appointment and return to the salon for the work to be visually evaluated. After the determination of this evaluation, we will make every effort to work with you to achieve a resolution by rescheduling you with your initial service provider, although we reserve the right to enlist the help and expertise of other Genesis employees. If the salon is not notified within the 3-day limit or you are unwilling to return to the salon within the set time , we will dismiss the complaint with no further action on our part. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be agreed upon, the money paid for the initial service will then be added to your Genesis Salon and Spa account as a credit or transferred to a Genesis Salon and Spa gift card.
